I have made these brown button studs using copper as the base metal and two shades of brown enamel. I soldered the sterling silver post on the back of these geometric earrings and then enamelled them. The enamel coat on the surface and the back of earrings is the result of applying several layers of enamel. After applying each layer, I fire the pieces in my kiln at around 785 degrees celsius. I also decided to hang green glass beads from the buttons to complement the buttons in terms of the colour. These one of a kind enamel studs are modern looking studs with unique colour and design.
The diameter of these brown button studs is 2.5cm
