I have made full moon night pendant using silver the base metal and vitreous enamel. After soldering all the required parts and cleaning the blanks, I began enamelling. The enamel coat on the pieces’ back and suraface is the result of applying several layers of enamel grains. After applying each layer, I fire the pieces in my kiln at around 785 degrees celsius. I used a very nice transparent dark blue enamel for the background and then I used 24k gold foil to make the moon and its reflection on the sea. So, this story begins in a full moon night, where the sky meets the sea…
The diameter of full moon night pendant is about 2.4 cm
