Gold-green enamel kite earrings

I have made these gold-green kite earrings as kites are symbol of childhood and freedom for me. I have enjoyed making them a great deal. The base metal for these earrings is copper. Wires and the post of earrings are silver. After soldering and making the kites, I have added several layers of vitreous enamel one by one and fired them in a kiln. I have also fused fine silver foil and added layers of gold enamel to give depth to the kite colour combination. To finish the kites, I have added a tail of silver chains to make them ready to fly in sky!

The height of earrings is 3.8 cm and their width is about 2.6 cm.
